After realizing we could be more aggressive on pricing if we owned our own offset and digital presses, we decided to purchase our own printing equipment. We now own a state-of-the-art direct to plate prepress system, 20 x 29 Heidelberg 5-Color Sheetfed Press Speedmaster Perfector 4/4 with Aqueous Coating Unit and a 20 x 29 Heidelberg 8-Color Sheetfed Press Speedmaster Perfector 4/4 with Aqueous Coating Unit.
It’s great to be able to get more aggressive on pricing or to be able to turn a new direct mail job at a moments notice because we control our own schedule.
We also have have purchased both a 12 x 18 Xerox DocuColor 5000 4-Color Duplex Variable Data Digital Pressand a 13” x 19” Konica Minolta 8000 4 Color Duplex Variable Data Digital Press. This helps us with the Variable Data in your Direct Mail Project. With these Digital Presses we are able to customize your Direct Mail Project with ease.
